Our legacy products, CleverBoard 1 and CleverBoard 2, were designed specifically for those environments, where security and robustness are a requirement for daily use, and are the fore-runner of the current model, CleverBoard 3.

Launched in 2002 the original CleverBoard 1 was the classic entry level interactive whiteboard (IWB). Extremely cost effective and versatile, and ideal for use where there were limited budgets. CleverBoard 1 Incorporated the original mimio technology and was designed to function with Serial and USB 1.1

• CleverBoard 1 (USB)

From May 2005 CleverBoard 1 was shipped with USB 2.0 as standard and no longer incorporated serial. This helped to improve functionality and brought the board in line with most modern PCs and laptops.

NB. If you have a CleverBoard 1 which currently functions only with serial or USB 1.1, please contact your dealer for information on upgrading to USB 2.0. 

• CleverBoard 2

CleverBoard 2 was developed to incorporate the mimio Xi technology, giving enhanced performance, greater accuracy of calibration and better speed. This second generation product also benefits from USB2.0 and offered exceptional value for money before being superceded in 2007 by the current CleverBoard 3
